A New Year, a New You!

2010 Weekly Wellness Challenge

 

WFSD is participating in another weekly incentive program in 2010 to support your healthy living!

 

Each week you will need to participate in the following four areas which comprise the Weekly Wellness Challenge to be eligible to receive your insurance discount:

  1. Activity - Participate in an organized activity program OR get 150 total minutes of exercise per week (split into at least 3 sessions, i.e. 50 minutes per session. Remember that the 150 minutes can be split into more than 3 sessions!)
  2. Nutrition - Eat 5 fruits/vegetables per day 5 times/week OR participate in an organized nutrition program
  3. Healthy Lifestyle - Participate in healthy activities to improve stress management OR take steps to improve or maintain good sleep habits
  4. Heart Health - Maintain healthy Cholesterol and Blood Pressure values and/OR take steps to manage higher cholesterol and blood pressure values.

and Labwork to qualify for the insurance

discount.
