Coaching Information
Coaching is a service that provides a one-on-one relationship with a health professional to help participants get the most out of life. Our coaches assist clients in finding their own solutions to personal barriers they encounter when trying to live healthy lives, and help them on the path to feeling the best that they can.
We consider our coaches your partner, and YOU guide the process, making small changes where and when you are ready. Small things can make all the difference: walking 30 minutes a day, cutting just 100 calories a day, or sleeping an extra 15 minutes-- wherever you are struggling, they can help!
Coaching is often sponsored by employers or health plans at no charge to you, but is also available on an individual basis. Please contact us for individual rates. Check out our excellent staff and learn more about them!
