reading newsletterMany health plan sponsors and employers incorporate Healthy AIM Newsletters into their wellness program, as they provide great educational resources for participants with one or more risk factors from the Health Risk Assessment in the following areas:

 

Activity and Fitness
Cancer Health
Heart Health
Nutrition
Safety
Stress and Emotional Health
Substance Use
Weight Management

 

 

Upon analysis of the Health Risk Assessment, risk categories are identified if participants have a below-average qualifying score; the participant is then added to that risk group to begin receiving the risk targeted e-newsletters.

 

Schedule


Newsletters are sent electronically each quarter on a rotating basis, so participants with multiple risk factors receive them spread out over time.

To maximize the effectiveness of newsletter distribution, Healthy AIM does not send them on Mondays, Fridays, or holidays.
